  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 dl light beer
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 15 g dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ts baking powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 g sugar
  • 270 g all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, add milk, beer and heat up to 37 degrees.
  2. Stir in yeast, eggs, baking powder, flour, salt and sugar to a waffle batter consistency.
  3. Leave to rise for at least 30 minutes before frying in greased waffle iron.
  4. Blend the chopped dill into the crème fraîche
  5. To serve, top the waffles with the dill-crème fraîche mixture and some Skreiperle to your taste. Finish with some lemon zest.
